Mr. Jose Norberto Saal is founder of TIR Prime Properties and currently serves as it’s CEO leading in the real estate brokerage, management, and development firm’s activities. Formerly, Mr. Saal has occupied director positions in Trust Investment Realty LLC and Chateau Group (former Abus LLC) from 1997 to 2005, leading real estate investment acquisitions and development.  From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Saal was involved in acquisition and development at Terra Group, a real estate development company.   From 1996 to 2004, Jose N. Saal partnered with Lauris Boulanger Inc. in sales, acquisition and development of residential condominium, hotel, and office buildings.  Through his experience, Mr. Saal brings to the board, experience in asset management, business and real estate development, strategic planning, project management, and leadership of complex real estate investment structures.

Mr. Saal’s work has resulted in more than four million square feet of new development in the South Florida market.


Some of Mr. Saal’s work as a developer includes projects such as:

  • 3030 Aventura, 45-unit luxury waterfront condominium.
  • Marina Bay Club, 99-unit Marriott branded waterfront condominium hotel.
  • Harbour Centre, 214,000 square foot office building.
  • Villas at Oak Hammock (Project Management), 27 townhome villas.

Selected assemblages and rezoning ventures:

  • Apopka Golf Villas, rezoning from golf course to planned unit development.
  • El Mirador Hollywood Hotel, land assemblage and rezoning.
  • Sunny Isles Beach assemblage and rezoning of five beachfront hotels later sold to developers such as Related Group of Florida, Fortune, and Dezer Development.

Miami Limited Partnership representation and development equity participation:

  • Quantum on the Bay, 503-unit mixed-use condominium development.
  • 900 Biscayne, 660-unit mixed-use condominium development.
  • Freedom Tower, an emblematic historic office tower in Downtown Miami.
  • Bentley Beach Hotel, South Beach historic hotel redevelopment.


Skills and Qualifications

Having obtained a BS Construction Management degree at Ingeniero Dellpini, Bs. As, a B.A. degree from University of Buenos Aires in Architecture and Urbanism, recognized by the University of Miami, and further education in Business Management from the University of Miami, Mr. Saal set out with the sole purpose of revamping the real estate industry in his community.


Community Involvement and Accolades

Mr. Jose N. Saal gained his reputation in the real estate industry by carrying out successful projects and investments working with many of the major real estate developers in Florida, obtaining substantial returns in developments, rezoning, land ensembles, and repositioning. Mr. Saal has been involved in the City of Sunny Isles Community Redevelopment Agency and served as Landscape and Beautification Board Member.  Furthermore, he earned the 1996 Jean Cartier Award as the Most Distinguished Hispanic Professional in Real Estate. In 2008, upon its founding, TIR Prime Properties was named as a “Top 200 South Florida Small Business.”
